Position Description:
The sales professional is directly responsible for meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction standards and producing at a volume level each month as established by the company.
Applicants MUST have prior sales experience with a proven track record.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must have prior sales experience with a proven track record.
Must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers.
Learn, understand, and follow the Scott C's Auto Outlet sales process Applicant must be computer oriented and stay abreast of new technology pertaining to the position.
Understand each customer's needs by asking questions and listening.
Be able to build value in product and maintain adequate vehicle knowledge across all makes and models of pre-owned vehicles.
The ability to stand and move throughout the dealership facility (lot, showroom, etc.
) Time spent outdoors showing vehicles to prospective customers is also required.
Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, and daily activities in regards to the number of customers that are currently being worked.
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retain auto sales.
Evening and weekend hours are required
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience with a proven track record.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid driver's license.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent Communications Skills.
Highly motivated and energized.
