Responsibilities:
Administer specialized IV therapies at patients' residences. Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as required. Maintain precise treatment records in line with healthcare standards. Collaborate closely with medical teams to optimize patient care. Manage and uphold the condition of infusion equipment. Educate and support patients and their families in managing infusion treatments.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in West Virginia. Degree in Nursing with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN/LPN background. Current CPR/BLS certification. Willingness to travel within the Morgantownarea. Competency in EMR and healthcare-related software. Additional Information:
