Posting Title Land Project Manager (Oil & Gas) Job Type Full-time Physical Work Location Morgantown, WV US (Primary) Category Project Management Education Professional Travel 10 - 20% JOB DESCRIPTION Percheron is looking for an experienced Land Project Manager (Lead) to work a Hybrid schedule.
Must be within driving distance of Morgantown WV due to the need of going to our client office for client meetings as needed.
oAssist management with client contract negotiations.
oReview and understand contract/work order and terms for both client and agents oCoordinate with the supervisor in developing project scope, budget, deliverables, and milestones and meet client's needs.
oRefine company standard operating procedures (SOP) in agreement with client specifics and remain current on company SOP updates and implement Project SOP at a project level.
oServe as the company's onsite representative for internal functions and attend client meetings, functions, etcoAssist in the scheduling and completion of onsite audits.
oEnsure accuracy of Client reports and GIS reporting tools.
oAttend initial project kick-off meetings and subsequent project conference calls.
oCommunicate potential cost overruns and scope changes with the Client in a timely manner.
oCoordinate with Accounting in verifying Client invoices and follow up with clients.
oApprove project related expenses.
oManage Direct Reports and field personnel, handle office-related issues, etc.
oHold regular management meetings for improved communication and training.
oCommunicate Client scope changes with direct reports.
oProvide alignment between delivery and services with shared services.
oGenerate and submit Change Order documentation to support scope changes when necessary.
oMonitor and coordinate staffing levels with Clients.
oProvide project reporting to the Client in accordance with the Client's schedule or as directed by Supervisor.
oAssist Supervisor by providing guidance on staffing.
oAssist with or approve disciplinary warnings and terminations in compliance with Company policy and must notify HR prior to any disciplinary action being issued and ensure physical presence to address any employee issues.
oProvide coaching and training to assist Direct Reports in improving their performance.
oAssist Supervisor with developing plans and ideas for employee engagement.
oConduct performance reviews of Direct Reports and communicate with Supervisor.
oTrain Direct Reports and other key field personnel on new company processes.
oComplete Skillset Matrix for Direct Reports and communicate with Supervisor.
oAssist the Sales and Marketing department with project cost estimates.
oCommunicate potential leads through the company-approved Customer Relations Management tool (CRM).
oCoordinate with Marketing in identifying potential events and organizations for support.
oAssist in the preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Formal Estimates.
oAssist in asset inventory.
oMust be involved in AAPL or IRWA where applicable.
oLocal association involvement at a leadership level is required.
oAttend and volunteer at local association events.
oAttend other industry-related seminars or events deemed necessary by the Supervisor.
oOther duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS oBachelor's degree is preferred.
oCPL or RPL certification preferred for Upstream PM oPossess effective communication skills, and attention to detail.
oAbility to operate Microsoft Office software and e-mail.
oTwo-Four years of supervisory experience oAt least six years of relevant experience in the industryogood understanding of the legal aspects of the documents required to complete the project, as well as area property values, general environmental issues, and the permitting requirements of the jurisdictional agencies in the project area.
oAbility to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
oAbility to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
oAbility to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
oAbility to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with the manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
oAbility to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
