POSITION SUMMARY Our team is currently seeking licensed nurse as a Director of Nursing who strives for nursing excellence, has high standards of integrity and ethics and enjoys working in a team environment and is able to implement change.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for:
Monitors services provided on all shifts.
Ensures coordination of nursing services.
Ensures proper assessment of prospective residents.
Assists Executive Director with facility operations.
Ability to implement change.
Qualifications:
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active WV license in good standing.
Previous experience as a long term care nurse and/or Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing is preferred.
HOURS:
Full time.
