Director of Operations
BFS Foods is seeking out energetic and driven individuals with experience in a retail environment to join the our team. We are looking for leaders who can motivate others, control costs, and build sales.
The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and experience in multi unit management.
Responsibilities include operations within BFS standards. Operating by our standards to increase sales while improving profits. Possess the ability to hire train and retain a strong management team. Competencies should include organization, Strong Leadership Skills, effective written and verbal communications as well as the ability to manage the daily obstacles that may present them selves. P&L review. Inventory control.
